I am a seasoned rail industry executive with extensive management experience and a broad network across EU rail operators. I lead Cargo Speed International — Poland’s largest provider of train-crew transport. As co-founder and Management Board Member at SP Tech Solutions, I drive rail-logistics innovation by building and deploying advanced technology solutions.

I've been involved in the railway industry for years – first as a driver, later as a dispatcher, and then as the owner of a transport company. Today, I serve as Operations Director at Cargo Speed International. I've been through every aspect of this job, so I know what our drivers and partners face every day. I prioritize open communication, quick action, and collaborative search for solutions. I know that in our industry, it's not just logistics that counts, but above all, people. I'm an experienced manager with many years of experience managing sales and operations teams. At Cargo Speed International, I'm responsible for dispatching and collaborating with subcontractors, based on a process-based approach. I have a passion for working with people – I believe that a well-coordinated team and partnerships are the key to success.
