Personal data processing period
Depending on the purpose, the Administrator will process the User's data for the period of:

Principles of personal data transfer

Entrusted personal data may be shared with the Administrator's employees and other data processors for the proper implementation of the services provided by the Administrator. Each data processor has been entrusted with the processing of personal data in writing, under which they are liable for any violation of the processing rules.

Requests for rectification of data (Article 16 of the GDPR).

Deletion of data, so-called being forgotten (Article 17 of the GDPR).

Restrictions on data processing (Article 18 GDPR).

Data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR).
6.2.
The processing of User data based on the consent granted may be discontinued at any time in a situation in which the User withdraws the consent granted.

Under Article 13(2)(d) of the GDPR, the User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. To exercise these rights, please contact the Controller or the Data Protection Officer. Contact details are provided in Section 1.
7.
Information on the requirement or voluntariness of providing personal data and the consequences
7.1.
Providing personal data is voluntary in the case of direct marketing of the Administrator's products and services. Providing personal data for the purpose of performing a contract/order is voluntary, although necessary for the performance of the contract/order.

Cookies on the Service
8.1.
Cookies are computer data stored on Users' end devices, intended for use with websites. These are, in particular, text files containing the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number or name.
8.2.
The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in Cookies.
8.3.
Cookies are intended for use with the Website. The Administrator uses these files to create anonymous statistics that exclude the possibility of identifying the User.

To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (hereinafter "Directive 2002/58/EC") and the Act of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications Law implementing it into Polish law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended, hereinafter "UPT") and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"), as well as all types of implementing acts and Community law regarding electronic communications.

By default, web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on the user's device. These settings can be changed by the user to block automatic cookie handling in the web browser settings or to notify the user each time cookies are sent to the user's device.

Users of the Service can change their cookie settings or completely delete stored cookies at any time. Detailed information about the options and methods for managing cookies is available in the settings of the software used (web browser).

The Administrator informs that changes to the settings in the user's web browser may prevent the Website from functioning properly.
8.8.
Cookies are mainly used to enable the proper functioning of the Website, collect statistical data and conduct marketing campaigns.

The Administrator hereby informs the User that it uses the following technologies to track actions taken by the User when using the Website:

Facebook Conversion Pixel – to manage Facebook ads and conduct marketing activities.

Server logs
9.1.
Using the Website involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored.
9.2.
Every query sent to the Website server is recorded in server logs. The logs include, among other things, the User's IP address, server date and time, and information about the web browser and operating system used by the User.

Logs are saved and stored on the server.
9.4.
The data stored in the Website server logs are not associated with specific persons using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.

Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the data.
